Primary Technology has sold its Edusite Product to Welcome3 Ltd. The amount the product was sold for is undisclosed. The reason for the sale is that Welome3 have a dedicated team of developers who can develop the product. Primary Technology believes schools will benefit more from a dedicated development team.
